Troubleshooting

Diagnose by symptom: pairing, agent, PATH, tunnels, Docker, licence, billing, and AppSumo.

Work in this order before opening a ticket:

  1. Identify the affected machine
  2. Check whether it is online (website last seen, or local portpilot status)
  3. Check the agent (Windows services / Linux systemd)
  4. Check the resource (port, tunnel, Docker, firewall)
  5. Run Diagnose or portpilot doctor
  6. Read logs (no tokens)
  7. Retry
  8. Contact support if still blocked
