Redeem an AppSumo code on your PortPilot account, then install and pair a machine.
What you receive
AppSumo Pro tiers map to the same lifetime Pro entitlements as the website (1 / 3 / 5 / 10 machines) at deal prices (£59 / £119 / £179 / £249). AppSumo Cloud is a 365-day Cloud grant (£99), not the site monthly/yearly list, and not lifetime. Optional one-time renew years are 20% off that Cloud year (£79.20), up to two extra years, then the Pro Cloud rate.
Seats do not stack with a second purchase of the same capacity.
Customer workflow
- Buy PortPilot on AppSumo and receive the code (
AS-…). - Create or log into PortPilot. That account owns the licence.
- Settings → Billing → Redeem. Do not type this code into Desktop or
portpilot pair. - Install PortPilot (Windows / Linux).
- Pair with a dashboard pairing code (Pairing).
- Use ports and Pro/Cloud features per the entitlement.
Expected result
Billing shows the mapped Pro or Cloud licence. Pairing a machine succeeds within the seat count.
Redemption troubleshooting
| Symptom | What to do |

| Invalid code | Confirm AS- prefix; try again; do not use a pairing code |
| Already redeemed | It is bound to one PortPilot email — sign into that account |
| Expired / deactivated | AppSumo refund or deactivate — check AppSumo first |
| Wrong account | The redeeming email is the owner. We do not merge accounts by chat |
| Existing PortPilot licence | Seats = MAX, not sum. Both rows can exist |
| Machine limit | Revoke a machine or you bought a 1-seat tier |
| Redeemed but entitlement missing | Sign out/in; open Licensing; contact support with the account email (not the full unused code) |
| Code accepted but machine not activated | Pairing is a second step — Pairing |
