Billing
Stripe checkout, Customer Portal, lifetime purchases, Cloud cancel, and redeem.
Open Settings → Billing while signed in.
Lifetime Pro
One-time Stripe Checkout (GBP list; adaptive local currency where Stripe supports it). Product codes such as portpilot_pro_1 are sent — never paste Price IDs into the website. Upgrade to a larger Pro tier is 10% off that list price; seats become MAX; old rows are kept.
Cloud subscriptions
£15/month or £150/year (£10 / £90 with active Pro). Customer Portal updates the card and cancels renewal. Access continues until the paid period ends. past_due remains entitled; canceled / unpaid does not.
Redeem
Redeem accepts AppSumo / staff codes. Codes are single-use. Do not send codes to chat dumps.
Refunds and failures
Full Stripe refunds revoke the licence. Partial refunds keep it. Chargebacks follow the same clawback as a full refund when lost. AppSumo refunds are handled by AppSumo, not Stripe.

Common problems
Payment failure: update the card in the Customer Portal. Duplicate purchase: seats do not stack — contact support with the emails on the receipts (not card numbers).
